The hotel is in a quite area, so you can get a good nights sleep to re-charge your batteries for the next day! leidse square is also only a short walk from tram access and access to many sights, shops, restaurants and bars.fessler

This hotel is in a great location with vondel park nearby. it was fun just being in this
neighborhood. the staff were polite and cheerful. we enjoyed the breakfast as well. we
would recommend this hotel to all age groups.NoGRIMES

The hotel was in a quiet, upscale residential area which was really nice. one of the main town squares was only one block away, where great shops and restaurants were. the room was super-clean and had terrific daily maid service, comforters on every bed, an in-room safe, modern bathroom. there was a huge variety to choose from at the continental breakfast, which was included in the price. there were two breakfast rooms: one in the front of the hotel and the other one across the hall, in the back of the hotel. both had lots of natural light and the front room had a beautiful view of the street out front. the front desk employees were all polite and helpful. for the most part, the other hotel guests were quiet and respectful. i would definitely stay there again. One night, a few english guys got a little loud while drinking on what must have been their room's balcony? another night, a few american girls got a little loud while drinking on what sounded like the balcony of their room. The hotel is in a great location, 2 minutes walk from the leidseplein area where there is an abundance of bars and restaurants to choose from. hotel is lovely, spotlessly clean everywhere, nicely furnished rooms and public areas, staff are friendly and very obliging. would definately stay in this hotel if i travelled to amsterdam again.Anonymous

Very good location, quiet but 3 minutes from the busy leidseplein, where there are all the shops, restaurants, trams and bus stops. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the room was always very clean and warm. the breakfast had variety.-the weren't many lights in the room that we were staying (in the 3rd floor)
-the wasn't any refrigerator and as we stayed for 9 days it was something we needed.
