Our booking was not known by check-in, so we paid the full price. It will be solved by easytobook. Good hotel, near the highway A4 Amsterdam. Nice room, clean, excellent bed and in-room facilities. Breakfast oke, but 21,50 euro per person is a lot of money. For a business stay oke, but when you want to see the city it is to far from town.

Pros: Freindly staff, clean & comfortable, good free airport shuttle bus every 30 mins.
Cons: Our room fridge did not work at all, but ewhen they looked at it they offered us another room.
no kettle or tea & coffee in room.

Pros: Room service was delicious and quickly delivered (though not a wide selection). the room was spacious and very clean, and the hotel staff was very competent and friendly.
Cons: My main complaint about the hotel was that we had to wait in line for 20 minutes to check in---there was only one person staffing an extremely busy wait desk and literally 40 people in the lobby.
the elevator is also in an extremely inconvenient location.

Pros: Excellent breakfast buffet. restaurant manager very friendly. cleaners very efficient and security conscious. very easy to locate near schipol. close to olympic stadium for park & ride (6 euros for 24 hour parking and free return bus/tram to amsterdam for all passengers).
Cons: Bedding etc very basic and not what expected of 4 star hotel. tea/coffee making facilities would have been very welcome.

Cons: Our included breakfast appeared to not be included at check-in, but this was rectified quickly and politely. in 2010 i tend to expect free wifi access rather than a per-device daily fee, particularly in a premium hotel.
