Staff were helpful. room was small but clean. breakfast quality fine.
Breakfast tables and dishes not cleared inh time for next guests and water for tea etc not kept hot. food not replenished without having to ask.Anonymous

Good clean reasonably priced hotel. towels and bed linen changed every day and room kept very clean. basic hotel but very well run and great location near amsterdam railway station. would go there again and recommend to friends.Anonymous

Pleaseent frendly atmosphere with clean rooms. just the right location adjacent local to railway station / main bars / restaurants, but just off far enough away to avoid late night lunatics. breakfast was good. bathroom clean. good view from room which was at front of hotel. bags storage for late pick up was free and no problem. No everything was as it should be.Young

We arrived at 10am which was way too early to check in but the receptionist kindly locked our suitcase in a locker so that we wouldn't have to carry it around. also on our last day we had to check out at 10am but again our suitcase was kept for us until 6pm when we had to catch our train.Anonymous
