The staff were well informed about our requirements even before we checked in accomodated all our requests at no extra cost. they helped us with flight check in and ensured we had a good stay at the hotel. the room was quite well lighted and spacious. very generous with the coffee and tea supplies. in general we felt quite at home with the environment and the staff.

It was a quiet location,very spacious room and comfortable.
staff were very helpful and friendly.Whilst washing using the sink in the bathroom,i let the water out of the sink and a fair amount of black smelly substance came out of the bath plughole.it did smell quite foul.also,the snacks which they had for sale behind the front desk were shockingly expensive.Angie Briggs
