How to reach the hotel?1) From SCHIPHOL AIRPORT: Every 20 minutes there is a train running from the Airport to Central Station. When you arrive at the airport and you reach the central hall there is a big sign with the train information. The trains to the Central station are running from 05:40 AM to 00:30 AM (go to step 2)
2) From CENTRAL STATION: You can take tram: 1, 2 and 5 from the square in front of the central station to the Leidseplein. From there you can walk to the hotel +/- 1 min. the trams in Amsterdam are running normaly from: 07:00 AM to 01:00 AM

The hotel is in an excellent location for all the main attractions 
We could not get much sleep for the air conditioning system which especially at 6 am started making very loud clanging noises consistently and we coulkd not get back to sleep from then onwards every day, resulting in being very tired every day. we reported it to the management but it still continued. this was not noise from work being done outside the hotel but definitely inside from the a/c system.Scott

Great room. spacious with king size bed. It was not stated that we needed to pay extra for using the spa facilities. at a 5 star rated hotel i expected to get this included in the price. we did use it on the first day before we knew we had to pay but it wasn't great and we didn't use it again.Anonymous
