Very nice staff with very nice clean and modern rooms. general appearence and feel of the hotel was top notch..wil definantly be staying again in the near future.
Nothing...apart from expensive services such as mini bar, launderette etc...but to be expected and the same as anywhere else really.pidduck

All the staff are very friendlyIt is overpriced for everything and i was unaware i needed to pay the hotel and lost out through the decline of the euro. a good deal turned into a very poor deal.Anonymous

The nh amsterdam centre was a great hotel and very clean. the staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help me. the rooms are big for european standards and trams were very closeby. The hotel is a little far from the central area so taking a taxi costs $10- $13.50 euro. there are a few trams that you can also take.Anonymous

The hotel is in an excellent location for all the main attractions We could not get much sleep for the air conditioning system which especially at 6 am started making very loud clanging noises consistently and we coulkd not get back to sleep from then onwards every day, resulting in being very tired every day. we reported it to the management but it still continued. this was not noise from work being done outside the hotel but definitely inside from the a/c system.Scott

Great room. spacious with king size bed. It was not stated that we needed to pay extra for using the spa facilities. at a 5 star rated hotel i expected to get this included in the price. we did use it on the first day before we knew we had to pay but it wasn't great and we didn't use it again.Anonymous
