Helpful and friendly staff who are accommodating
Having to walk across the square to a sister hotel for coffee/breakfast etc is not most convenient. although the location is extremely central, the busy square also means noisy and rowdy at night.Anonymous

Desk attendant took about 5 seconds to find my reservation. quick check in. my room was lovely (my travelling companion booked on another site and had a much smaller room-same price, not sure if i was just lucky with room selection). i would definitely consider easytobook again and the nh hotel chain.easton

Staff were very friendly - love the fact tea and coffee with croisants are available for customers at reception in the morning. room was clean and cleaned every day to a good standard.very good location though and despite the negative aspects of the stay i'd stay there againThe pavement directly outside the hotel is being re-done which meant workmen would start their drilling at any time from 7am - very off putting when all i wanted was a relaxing week off! also, we ordered room service (two continental breakfasts) which had to come from the restuarant opposite the hotel. the breakfast arrived only after we called to chase it an hour after booking and when it arrived it was very cold and the choice of breakfast was poor. It was a little bit pricey(not too bad though), however, the location and standard of the room are well worth it! it was in a very central location with a tram stopping right out front. we didn't even use the tram though, we walked everywhere within 5-20 minutes. the staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and well furnished. will definitely stay there again!Anonymous

Good selection of food at breakfast,and being able to have breakfast as late as 10.30 was even better. excellent location & staff very helpful. would definitly stay again.Only negative was the fact that if you didn`t like taking the lift there was no other way down from the different floors.Anonymous
