Cons: On the web site it stated that this was a four star hotel , it is more a 2 star . i pais £840 for 6 nights stay which is far too expensive for this type of hotel . i would not recommend it to no one i know

Cons: Room furniture dusty. breakfast overpriced, food not topped up and not enough choice for 15euros! cheap toiletries and bathroom not tidied when they didn't change towels. no bar facilities.
Cons: No room service available even though we asked before the cut off time 10.00pm. rooms small for the price and in need of a bit of an up date.
Cons: Not enough tea,coffee and milk facilities.although when i requested more at reception i was given 3.
Cons: I would have preferred if they put us to the front of the hotel-the side advertised online- but i did not make a fuss.
Cons: Very poor dilapidated rooms need a make over quick a dump
Cons: Annouced room with canal view was not available in the first night but we could get it on the second day
