Pros: Great location, pleasant neighbourhood - just next to the museums and also very close to the bars, restaurants and main attractions. rooms are also big, very confortable and clean. we had a room with the view to the canal passing by. fair price with the quality that the hotel offers. we would definitelly stay in the same hotel next time in amsterdam!! really recommended.
Cons: Breakfast is not included.

Pros: The staff were great especially amanda/andrea on the desk, blonde girl, really tried her best to help ! gym was surprisingly good down stairs, i could only just hit the top weights on the fly machine and bench press which is more than can be said for my home gym,...location was 5 mins from city centre, tram 19 or 24 took me there... would re use this hotel for my trips to holland for business...
Cons: Couldnt locate shuttle from airport, got an expensive taxi for 40 euro, shame, should have got bus to train station then the tram..

also i think that internet should be free to all guests, it wasnt..

Cons: £225 went missing from our room. hotel management produced refused to accept that houskeeping were to blame - despite the electronic key records proving that only housekeeping had entered our room during our stay. we were shocked that teh theft occured, and even more so by the hotels weak / non-response
