Cons: the toilet bowl was in a disgustingly dirty condition, and equipment such as tissue roll dispenser and waste bin were badly stained. the paper tissue box was virtually empty, and towelling provided was for a single person only, although there were two of us.

Cons: The only "minus" is the location, quite far away to the nearest tram/train station, about 15 min walking, but then only 20 minutes to the city.
