Room very clean, staff helpful and spoke good english.
A new 5 euro charge for the shuttle bus to the airport (returning leg only); having to use the towels from our room in the sports centre; breakfast over-priced at 21 euros; mix-up with payment of room - unclear when booking through easy to book that only the first night had been paid for. Russell

Beautiful hotel, great locationI had paid for the hotel upon booking and informed the staff when i checked in that the room was paid for (approx $99.00). when i made it home i realized the hotel had charged me $351.00. i called and e-mailed the hotel billing department who had no idea what the charge was for. i am still waiting to resolve this issue.McDonald

The shuttle bus service was good as we were picked up from the airport for free. however the timetable that was posted at the bus station was not obvious, so we were not sure how long we were supposed to wait. would be a good idea if this info is included on the hotel website or on booking. We were only told about the city tax of 5.6 euro when we checked out. should have been warned before booking occurs.
there is no other connections to the central apart from getting the shuttle bus back to the airport.
the charge for the shuttle is fairly expensive.

Good spacious rooms When we booked our room the shuttle bus service to and from the airport was advertised as free. when we arrived we were told that we had to pay any time we wanted to go to the airport which was anytime you wanted to go the city by train. as a result my partner and i had to pay forty euros extra for a service which was advertised as free.

Excellent hotel, staff very friendly can't do enough to help you. hotel gave us a free upgrade which was a lovely touch. also on a sunday you don't have to check out until 5pm which was fantastic and something we had never experienced before. well done nh schiphol airport 5 star!Setters
