The room was very clean and the staff were always friendly. the breakfast was good although a little pricey. convenient for public transport but is also only a 20 minute liesurely stroll into the heart of amsterdam. a laundry room is available to guests for 5eur wash and dry.Anonymous

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the housekeeeper who brought the extra bed was very friendly and sweet with our daughter. location is an easy tram ride into the centre.Easytobook said we could get an extra bed in a standard room but we were made to upgrade when we checked in (€20 extra) as an extra bed will not fit in a standard room. i had made a note in the comment section of our booking about our need for an extra bed and they did not have that information, so charged us the extra and were flippantly apologetic ("sorry, but it's not our fault!"). i am rather upset about that, and it is easytobook's fault. our younger child slept in the double bed with us; however, it was merely two singles pushed together on a slippery laminate floor, so not only was he uncomfortable but the beds kept sliding apart - not at all safe! has old "poop shelf" style toilets - eww. and the shower was a bad design. i would have liked a mini-fridge in the room (since the price of their breakfast is outrageous). all in all this hotel is just not family-friendly.Anonymous

The room price had changed when we arrived at the hotel and we were asked to pay for our breakfast and an increased room rate. they would not match the price shown on my confirmation and so we had to pay another 60 euros on top!! not a good experience and would not use easytobook.com again but the hotel was ok.Anonymous

Comfortable, good value, tram stop outside the door. Only a smoking room available for first night, which was unpleasant, but this was changed the next day, so it was fine. breakfast wsa too expensive to even try.RAE

The staff were very helpful.Our room was broken into by another guest in hotel. however, the staff were very helpful in refunding our room rate and moving us to a more secure hotel. make sure you lock your valuables in safe at all times. something we have learnt from this experience and glad we always do it.Guliz Balsari

Modern, new hotel with great views if you book top floors. great value for the price.A bit far to walk, but when you know no.22 bus or no.9 tram both of them every 10 min, it is so easy to get around. breakfast was expensive so we never got it.Avila Hamers
