Very convieniently located on main bus/tram route to city centre/central station. quiet part of city.Lounge facilities poor.
apart from main reception, the rest of the hotel has a worn out/old look to it, carpets are old and dirty.

I'm sorry to inform you, but the hotel is not a 3 star hotel according to my and 3 more people opinion. the cleanliness was not in a good level, in the bathroom there wasn’t any brush for the toilet, the trashpedale doesn’t work and in general the room doesn’t look like these one from the picture :)if one knows that these is a hostel and do not expect 3 star hotel than it’s ok otherwise it’s strange. Tram stop right in front of the hotel.15 min to the city centre.staff helfull.breakfast very good. room small but ok.clean. i can recommend.The only thing was that on the arrival there was no hot water, but they were working on it and fixed it withing few hours.Anonymous

Hotel was clean and rooms were good, especially the tvWhen i arrived at the hotel that was only one person at the front desk, a lady i dont know her name, she proceeded to ignore me and when i asked for service she said she was busy trying to sort a query out. another person then helped me but i thought the lady was very rude to me.
