Pros: Breakfast was good plenty to choose from. takeaway next door and plenty of shops, plus bus stop just outside that goes strait amsterdam central station.
Cons: Some building work was being done to some of the rooms when i stayed so it wasn’t very quiet during the day, the room i was in had no heating and the hinges on the window where broken so it wouldn't shut properly but they did give me a little electric heater not that it did much good and the shower head holder was broken so i had to hold it with one hand which was awkward and the bath had no plug. oh and the power to the room went out for awhile so i had to wait for someone to fix that.

Pros: One female clerk was very helpful and cheerful, others were less so. morning breakfast is wondeful with many choices of cereal, juice, bread, meats and cheese, and fresh ground coffee.
Cons: The hotel is 15-20 min from city center, but the stop is in front of the hotel, and the transit service is easy to use. be sure to inquire about which stop to get off for your attraction.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. rooms serviced every day.we had a newly refurbished room. there were no safe's in the room which was a concern re security of valuables.we were told this was because the hotel was being refurbished. hotel was good value for money.
Cons: A bit far ffrom the city centre but very good public transport. trams run every 15 minutes we used tram 13 and 14 which stop outside the hotel. the hotel is more suited to back packers than tourists. hence it was abit noisy at night. lots of young travellers doing the european tour.

Pros: Staff answered emails about location etc promptly. breakfast ok.
Cons: Step into shower room very high with lip on inside so potentially dangerous. would not meet uk standards. no hanging space for clothes only shelving. dirty net curtains. fire exits partially obstructed by wood from renovation work - again would not meet safety regs if inspected

Pros: The staff was friendly
Cons: The room was nothing like described. i thought i purchased ar room with two double beds and i got two bunk beds. i was very disappointed. also the hotel was underconstruction so the hallways were very cold and messy.

Pros: Very good standard hotel, clean, friendly and felt welcome. free breakfast was nice. room had everything you would expect to have in a hotel room. and found the staff very pleasant and helpful with queries and help needed.
Cons: Nothing major, just the hotels a little bit out of the town center. but the tram stations right outside, and were very regular, and only a couple of euros to ride, so it wasn't a big problem for me - and would take average about 20 or so mins to get there. but wouldn't put me off using the hotel again.
