The member of staff who was working on the saturday night was extremely rude to me when my room key failed, he insinuated that english people do not have any education and he spoiled my break. if they do not like english people then they should not have them as guests. Anonymous

Easy to find and very convenient location. the staff are very friendly and accommodating.The single rooms can be quite small and despite having a tv there was no way to operate it. breakfast is very simple but wholesome value for money.Anonymous

The hotel itself was quite charming and had character.The staircase. you would want to be fit and agile to reach your room, and maybe some climbing equiptment.Anonymous

Excellent location, very friendly staff, basic rooms but clean and all you'll need. this is one to check out if you're going to the 'dam purely for the smoke, as smoking is permitted :)If you're unlucky enough to be on the 4th floor the stairs are a killer! super steep, and after spending all day chain-smoking, stuck firmly to your seat you will definately feel out of breath at the top!Anonymous
