 "Totally recommendable!"
Pros:- The hotel is amazingly located, walking distance from most major attractions- Staff is extremely nice and attentive, gold medal there!- Stylish and overall beautiful place!- Reception desk will get you virtually anything, tickets, bike, etc.- Breakfast is indeed amazing, even for the price (18€).Cons:- Regular rooms are a bit claustrophobic I should say. Executive ones are amazing though!- You gotta pay for Wi-Fi in the room (10€ per day each device), guys, you need to fix this!Anecdote:Upon arrival, we were given a room which was already occupied by other people. When we came down to let reception know what had happened, and before even complaining or anything, we were given an upgrade to an executive room. Thumbs up Park Hotel!!! I was expecting a little fight but you caught me off guard :) They even cared to drop a letter, hand-signed by the manager, in our room apologizing for the disturbance... a small detail, but a nice one!

 "Very loud"
Very near to many places, like museums and restaurants. Also it is very easy to go by bus, tram or boot. Shopping and nice bars are also near Leidseplein, which is not so far away. You have to do the Hop on and Off by boot

 "Reall good!"
Lovely hotel! Really modern! Cant fault it! Stayed in a superior room! The shower was really powerfull, would definitely go again. The only thing is you sunk into the bed. The staff were really pleasant. Be prepared also to pay city tax for the nights you have stayed there.

"Very nice but not a double room"
Booking through easytobook worked well, however I had booked a double room and got 2 single beds. As all their standard double rooms were full rather than upgrading as should have happened they pushed the beds together and put a double sheet on top. This meant sleeping with a hole where the mattresses met and the double sheet wasn't big enough so kept falling half off one of the beds. Room was very modern and clean though and the lounging area was lovely.

 "Okay but not great!"
Booked 3x rooms at this hotel for a family trip having read a few mixed reviews. On arrival the receptionists did their job but lacked any sense of welcome. The superior rooms are compact and a stench existed in one of the rooms which I asked to change which was accommodated.Upgraded another room to an executive room which was much nicer. For the price paid I wasn't particularly impressed. The only saving grace was the fairly central location. All in all I wouldn't stay here again.

 "short weekend"
The location is perfect, near to the centre!Very modern entrance and clean! internet should be free for the price we paid. About the room is quite wierd as theres no walls between room and toilets, so it should be ok if its a couple but very difficult if its in between friends!Matress not very good, as its a foam not really a mattress! Didnt sleep well because of that!

 "Awesome but needs some polishing"
Staff is not assertive, need to find help to order food/beverage in the lobby bar. Concierge was not so knowledgeable about bike tour options. We found a well known one, without assistance, which was excellent ( Mike's tours). I would definitely stay there again, clean and friendly.,

"Very small room, well located hotel"
I specifically requested a king sized bed, had no response and ended up with a small double bed in a very small room. Having said that, the price was okay and the location pretty good.

 "to much ado about nothing"
having read the reviews of this hotel on the internet i was looking forward- the pictures looked impressive! Rooms are VERY small and open bathroom is not really open bathroom- they just put sink next to your bed. First room had blood stains on curtains and dirty chairs and floor, second room's bathroom stank of blocked pipes. Those living on the fifth floor be aware- the lift goes to the forth floor only, then you're on your own to fight with the staircase. Those living on the right side of the hotel- the tram line will keep you awake all the time, those staying on the left side- nice views over the wall of the bulding next to it. Checking out took too long as short of staff but those staff we came across are very friendly and helpful, shame you can't spend the night in quiet lobby in front of that fire- the only place i liked in the hotel.

"The hotel had a great appearance, and was very clean"
Pros: The hotel had a great appearance, and was very clean. the staff were all friendly.
Cons: We were not informed before we arrived at the hotel that we would have to pay a deposit, and had not budgeted for this. the hotel asked for €100 on a card, or €150 in cash, and as a young couple we didn't have this amount of money spare. we were told we would get the money back when we checked out, what we were not told was that it could take up to 12 hours for a card to be unfrozen. we were left with no money at all for the last day of our holiday, and our flight was not until 8pm. if the hotel had told us this earlier we would have made prior arrangements, but they did not and we were very hungry all day! i would not stay at this hotel again based on this.

"High end hotel in great location"
Pros: High end hotel in great location
Cons: Breakfast not included and price at euros 25 per person was extremely expensive when it was available for approx euros 9 per person just across the road. we arrived early and whilst our room wasn't available we were offered an upgrade but at euros 40 per person per night thought it rather exorbitant so waited until 2pm for our room.

 "The hotel staff was incredible"
Pros: The hotel staff was incredible. they were extremely friendly and answered all of our qeustions, and we had a bunch! our one year old was with us on our trip and the staff
really went out of their way to make traveling with an infant easier. they offered us a baby cot for no charge, upgraded our room so we would have more room with the baby, and even gave him a small stuffed animal when we checked in.

 "Would not stay here again"
Pros: Would not stay here again...
Cons: Poor service for the money, not a 4 or 5 star quality hotel, more like a 3 star in terms of service and staff ability to try and assist a guests needs.
