Cons: We were not informed before we arrived at the hotel that we would have to pay a deposit, and had not budgeted for this. the hotel asked for €100 on a card, or €150 in cash, and as a young couple we didn't have this amount of money spare. we were told we would get the money back when we checked out, what we were not told was that it could take up to 12 hours for a card to be unfrozen. we were left with no money at all for the last day of our holiday, and our flight was not until 8pm. if the hotel had told us this earlier we would have made prior arrangements, but they did not and we were very hungry all day! i would not stay at this hotel again based on this.
Cons: Breakfast not included and price at euros 25 per person was extremely expensive when it was available for approx euros 9 per person just across the road. we arrived early and whilst our room wasn't available we were offered an upgrade but at euros 40 per person per night thought it rather exorbitant so waited until 2pm for our room.
really went out of their way to make traveling with an infant easier. they offered us a baby cot for no charge, upgraded our room so we would have more room with the baby, and even gave him a small stuffed animal when we checked in.

Cons: Poor service for the money, not a 4 or 5 star quality hotel, more like a 3 star in terms of service and staff ability to try and assist a guests needs.
