well situated, friendly staff. Down side- too expensive,breakfast cost €24 each. Corridors getting a bit tired. But this was our second time in this hotel & would recommend as Amsterdam hotels can be a bit rough...

Amsterdam we discovered is not a place for us especially by night we found we didn't feel v safe there, the sights were super plenty to see and do during the day , which we loved, I'm sure plenty of ours will enjoy everything about it!! The hotel was excellent and so convient we definitely recommend it, seconds away from central station and mins away from shops!!!

Opposit the train station, next to the canals. Lots of museums near by including Anne Franks house which was a 10 min walk, would reccomend! Very central to everything we wanted from Amsterdam. Definitely looked like one of the best hotels in the area.

Pros: The hotel staff were extremely helpfull, well mannered and efficient. despite arriving at an obviously very busy time for them, we were dealt with in a timely fashion and felt very welcome.
Cons: The room was very small. had no bedside table and no view whatsoever. we would have expected more from a room that cost €116 a night! the cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better. finding a large pubic hair on the wall is never a good start!

Pros: Lovely lobby and friendly helpfull staff.
Cons: With the foyer/lobby being modern and lavish we were disappointed with the room. it was very cramped and well in need of updating.

Pros: Overall the hotel was good and clean. great breakfast menu and very near to the city hub.
Cons: The staff did not guide properly about the trips available. they sold us trip packages which were available at discounts with the vendor and misguided us.

Pros: I informed the hotel that it was my 50th birthday while we were staying there. when we arrived we had been upgraded to an executive suit and a card plus a bottle of wine had been placed in the room for my birthday. it was much appreciated.
