Helpful staff, great location and good facilities
Swimming pool was not available - one of the reasons we booked there, there prices have jumped heavily since i last stayed there - the full breakfast is 29 euros per person, although they try to suggest its only 22, thats a restricted breakfast. i think 60 per couple for breakfast is scandalous.Selby

Location and staff are fantasticBreakfast is very over priced at 60 euros per couple, their is a reduced menu breakfast at 22 euros each, which is still too much. swimming pool was closed when we went - generally the rooms are outdated and do not match the price per night in my opinion. if you get it at the right price then this is a good option.McGee

I was in a superior room, i was give the room at 4 p.m. after waiting 2 hours, tv didn't work, 2 lamps didn't work, 2 small towels in the bathroom, it took me 45 minutes at the reception desk to check out, 2 times the keys didnt work and since i was in the garden wing that you can reach only taking 2 elevators, can you imagine the discomfort.Wang

They had realised it was my birthday and left balloons, wine and bottle opener for me in my room. the staff were very friendly and approchable, room was clean and tidy. would stay here again but only if prices were much cheaper
we felt that near enough 200 euros for 1 night was a bit extreme for the price and that didn't even include our breakfastAnonymous

The staff was trained to try and charge anything, regardless if you consumed it or not! check your bill about a 100 times before signing anything. the staff assumes you are stoned and will charge you for anything!Anonymous
