If you are looking for lively nightlife, both Leidseplein and Rembrandtplein are within walking distance of the apartment and both are filled with bars, cafes, restaurants and clubs. If you are looking for somewhere more relaxing, head to the nearby Museum District where you can find great food and bars but without the crowds of the nearby squares. The area is also home to some of the finest museums in the city including Van Gogh Museum and Rijks Museum. The great location makes it possible to walk everyone, however the apartment is also well serviced by public transport.
