This apartment is situated on the beautiful Prinsengracht Canal, one of the most picturesque canals in the city in the World Heritage Protected Amsterdam Central Canal Belt. After just a few minutes walking the canal you will understand why they are World Heritage listed, with the elegant canal houses dating back to Dutch Golden Age.

This apartment is situated in a traditional Amsterdam canal house recently renovated to the highest standards with attention to detail shown in the fixtures and furnishings selected. The apartment is spread over three floors, each of which has a view out over the stunning Prinsengracht. The living area maintains many of the original features and includes high ceilings, wooden floors and large windows that allow in plenty of natural light. The room is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, dining table with seating for four and a flat screen television. 

There are two bedrooms; the first bedroom is located on the second floor and is furnished with a double bed and storage space. The attic on the third floor is where you will find the master bedroom with double bed and a traditionally slanted ceiling with exposed beams. It features a separate shower room and also includes a romantic balcony with stunning views out over the canal below.

The Museum Van Loon is a well preserved canal house offering a glimpse into the life of wealthy Amsterdam residents during the Golden Age. The apartment is situated in the Jordaan district, a stunning district filled with residential houses, fashionable boutiques, cafes, bars and restaurants. The district is the ideal area to walk around and get a feel for Amsterdam life, while stopping for some great food during your exploration. The Anne Frank House and Dam square are within walking distance, as is the Museum Quarter home to several of the city’s largest museums including the Van Gogh Museum, Rijks Museum and the Stedelijk Museum. The district is also home to the Concert Hall and numerous bars, cafes and restaurants. The keys will be handed once the total amount of the reservation is paid. There are steep stairs in this apartment making it is less suitable for small children, the elderly, or disabled people. The fireplace in the living room is not functional and cannot be used.
