Cons: I stayed for one night at a fair price. when i asked about staying a further 4 nights the price went up 50% (because of the volcano in iceland i suspect) which was a complete rip-off so i checked out and stayed elsewhere.

Pros: Friendly staff, clean rooms and excellent facilities. shuttle service was great and also was able to get late checkout with no additional costs. would stay again!
Cons: I booked for 3 nights through easyrooms but when i arrived they only had the reservation for 1 night. had to produce email with confirmation booking number and then all was sorted out.

Cons: On checkout, my cc has been charged before i could confirm the total bill. of course, murphy's law, there was a mistake and my bill cc significantly overcharged. the receptionist swiftly solved the situation, however there was not a single apology from her. this happened clearly only because of the wrong process - the customer has to confirm the amount to be charged always before the actual operation.
the airport shuttle is not operating in evening rush hours due to some legal reason (as explained by the staff). instead, 8 seat minivan is going in 30min intervals, which is clearly not sufficient.

Cons: The airport shuttle is a little too prompt, i missed my 1st bus by 1 minute, i was on time, the driver left early. not really a complaint, just be aware of this, that's all.

Cons: Price of mini-bar.five eruos for a small box of pringles is an absolute joke-and the prices are not given before you choose.that is completely unfair and 5 euros for a few crisps cannot be justified in any way.....this will make us think twice about coming back.this was our second stay in the hotel but that really annoyed us.

Pros: The room was nice and clean and the hotel looked quite nice. the reception staff were very helpful!
Cons: Yes, the bar staff were not nice at all, in fact i would go as far to say that they were rude. at one stag i was standing waiting to be served and the 3 bar tenders ignored myself and my boyfriend. also, i got charged twice for room service, once i paid for a jug of milk and paid again on my bill when leaving!!!
