 "Reunion weekend"
Very well appointed room with attractive public areas but the evening restaurant was poor. The staff were all very attentive and pleasant and there were plenty of them around. The hotel needs to improve the in-house restaurant as it gave the impression of being an after thought.

Pros: Excellent hotel rooms great bed very comfy location good will stay there again in the future.
Cons: The one reason we were disatisfied with our rooms is no coffee and tea making facilities in the rooms which we find a must in a five star hotel.

Cons: Our rooms were allocated in an extended wing area which needed us to get 2 lifts and quite a walk to reach- views from these windows were not at all pleasant

Cons: I made 2 transactions at the hotel on my credit card and then tried to make purchases in shops and found my card was blocked. i found out when i got home the hotel had taken 135 euros extra on my card, apparantly in case of theft/to cover items from mini bar etc. i was not told about this and think it is a disgrace. it spoiled my holiday and shopping trip as i could not purchase the things i wanted as i did not have enough credit on my card, or any other spending money. if they are going to do this, they should tell the customer, and also inform them of the amount. three days after returning home, the money has not been refunded onto my card, and i am left wondering if i am going to have to battle to get it back. it has had the effect of completely ruining my holiday, and i am really angry that they can just take this money without my authorisation. i will never again stay at a hotel where i have not pre-paid in the uk. it is a disgrace they are able to take my hard earned money, and leave me without any spending money whilst on holiday. i would never therefore recommend this hotel.

 "Nice new hotel in a very central location, nice corporate rooms, friendly..."
Pros: Nice new hotel in a very central location, nice corporate rooms, friendly maid and front desk staff, and tasty food.
Cons: Pillows were all feather and when i asked for hollowfibre was given more feather ones! there was someone else's hairs on the bathrobe...eew and having to use your key to operate the lift was a bit of a pain.
