Pros: Mijn echtgenote was héél ziek en we mochten de kamer behouden na 11 uur totdat we terug naar huis konden vertrekken zonder iets meer te moeten betalen ! dank u , het was verrassend en tegemoetkomend ! we zullen je aanbevelen.

Pros: Nice clean room, good wireless in room, good tv.
Cons: Single room is very small typical very steep stairs- would not be good for people with climbing issues.

Pros: We were kindly greeted and assisted with travel arrangments around the city. had a very good weekend
Cons: The shower screen didnt seal properly, so cleaning the floor everytime you had a shower was not great.

Pros: The staff are very kind and professional but still had a family feel to them. we had really good time staying there because of the staff's attitude. breakfast was also very good and generous. recommended to every visitor to amsterdam!

Pros: Staff is friendly and helpful. hotel is very clean. tram stop is just accross the hotel and takes you directly to the centrium.breakfast was awesome.
Cons: Stairs r very steep but from what ive seen, all are in amsterdam so its usual.wireless connection does not work properly on the 3rd floor, needs an access point on 3rd floor to work. from the pics, the double rooms seems ok but single rooms are very very small, i could use a little more space as i stayed in a single room.

Pros: We loved it. we were there on the day of the worldcup final game, the hotel was really close to pubs, etc. it was also close to a lovely park, a supermarket,etc etc. the staff was friendly and helpful and we could leaveour luggage with no problem. the breakfast was spectacular.
Cons: Beleieve any thing you hear about the stairs. if you are on of those crazy people who pack so you need help putting your suitcase intot he overhead compartment? you will not be able to get your suitcase up these stairs.

Pros: Reception and staff were very helpful, patient and kind. tried to go the "extra" mile for us each and every time.
Cons: Bathroom sink plug was broken and would not open. also, the hotel would not allow outgoing calls to local numbers.
