1)From Schiphol Airport: Every 20 minutes there is a train running from the Airport to Central Station. When you arrive at the airport and you reach the central hall there is a big sign with the train information. The trains to the Central station are running from 05:40 AM to 00:30 AM (go to step 2). A one way ticket is about €3,60.
2) From Central Station: Central Station is about 7 minutes walking distance from the hotel but you can also take the tram until the 1st tram stop (line 4, 16, 24, 25). The trams in Amsterdam are normally running from: 07:00 AM to 01:00 AM.

Clean, excellent central location.Attempted to charge the cost of the hotel to my card on two or three occasions depite me informing staff that the hotel had been prepaid through easytobook.com and showing them the documentation relating to previous payment. also work was going on in hotel which woke me up in the morning apparently 'emergency work that would only last until 3pm', although same thing happened late morning the following day- the noise was so loud you couldn't even hear the tv at its maximum volume.Millne

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the location was ideal, the tourist information provided was very useful and the free internet access was great for confirming flights.The airconditioning did not work properly - it did not blow cold air. the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan and as such, got quite hot and required the bathroom door to be kept open. the room smelt a bit musty, but put this down to the poor extraction and flow of air in the room. Great and accommodating staff, and you couldn't ask for a better location in amsterdam!I stayed in a junior suite, and although the rooms are lovely and large, it seems they don't do the general maintenance that is required. for example, the hardwood flooring in my room was very badly damaged by traffic and water damage, and they have not repaired it. also, the cleaning service was a bit odd - they never removed what was obviously trash from the room - for example, an empty mcdonald's soda cup was left on my bedside table for the entire 4 days i stayed there. one comment - when you ask who i would recommend this hotel to, why can i only select one option? it would be ideal for all of the groups you have mentionedAddison

The hotel staff were generally very friendly and we were made to feel most welcome. we were visited by a member of staff in our room on the 2nd day and asked if we had everything we needed which was a nice gesture. we asked about any bars that were cheap or did promotions in the area but wernt given any relevant information. although the member of staff did mark some areas on a map we may be interested in.Dr. George Waldriff

We chose a junior suite and we had a spacious room overlooking dam square. we were allowed early access to the room and all staff were very friendly and helpful. the hotel was very central to all attractions with easy access to trams. Anonymous
