From Hotel Terminus the city of Amsterdam can be discovered at ease. The 'Dam', the 'Beurs van Berlage', several shopping streets and the red light district are a few of the attractions nearby. The hotel can be reached easily by public transport, due to the fact that Amsterdam Central Station is about 500 meters away.
When you are at Central Station, you can reach Hotel Terminus within 3 minutes by foot. From Central Station you can walk over the central bridge alongside the canalboats. When you are at the end of the canalboats, you turn left. Now take the first street to the right and you will face Hotel Terminus after 30 metres on Beursstraat 11-19.

Nice hotel, have stayed there quite a few times,very central
warm and inexpensive.
mosquitos in the room, which are my pet hate and will drive me mad all night if not killed,just a quick spray with flykiller would solve this when rooms are cleaned.Anonymous

Booked a single room and got a double room up in the roof space. bathroom very good and clean.tea facilities were ok, a good size flat screen tv on the wall .On negative side the carpet has seen better days and the church bells could get on some peoples nearve .spires

Perfect location!Couldnt have a bath due to no plug, i went to reception and the lady was very unhelpful. also we bought internet for 6 euros for the day but it didnt work, and we didnt get our money back Hagues

Great location, friendly staff, clean roomWe had free upgrade to superior room but there was no mini-bar. also, they only had decaff coffee and earl grey tea, no normal stuff!Anonymous

Good value for money, in the loud, coulourful part of town. if you want peace and quiet, it's not for you, this hotel is right on the border of the red light district. nice size, large lounge area, and close to a cheap internet cafe.Some noise at night, but if that's a problem, don't stay in that part of amsterdam. hotel was considerate enough to provide earplugs in the room, which we didn't really need in the end.Anonymous
