Description
The College Hotel Amsterdam is founded and owned by the ROC Amsterdam, and is set up as a trainee hotel for the best students of the Amsterdam Hotel School, Bakery and Tourism. The hotel which was originally built in 1895 as a school is a classified listed building of Amsterdam. The hotel is designed with respect for the past but meets the needs of the modern travelers of today. The result is a beautiful combination of high luxury hotel standards in a classical surrounding. The hotel provides an elegant and relaxing environment.
The College Hotel is situated three kilometers from Amsterdam's Van Gogh Museum and Rijksmuseum. At the hotel restaurant, modern Dutch fare is served in a relaxed setting with an open kitchen. Before or after a meal, guests can unwind with a coffee in the lobby lounge, or enjoy a cocktail in the College Bar. Room service is available round the clock, and the hotel also offers babysitting services, use of a meeting room, and an onsite gift shop. How to reach the hotel?By car, from direction Den Haag/Schiphol/Haarlem A4: The journey takes about 40 minutes. When reaching the A10 ring Amsterdam follow the direction 'Zuid' and look for exit S109(Amsterdam/Rai). Take exit S109 and turn right (Europa Boulevrad). Take the second exit on the round about and turn left after 450 meters (Wielingenstraat). After 900 meters turn right into the Stadionweg. After 500 meters turn left into the Hobbmakade, after 250 meters you are on the Roelof Hartplein with TheCollegeHotel on your right side.
By train: From all directions you can take the train to Amsterdam Central Station. From the Central Station you can take a taxi, tram or bus to the Roelof Hartplein.

DesignDer kunde muss informiert werden, dass einige der hotelangestellten in der ausbildung sind und manche sachen noch eben lernen. die auszubildenen bemühen sich wirklich sehr, aber ein auszubildener ist eben einer. einige hotelgäste können dabei ungeduldig werden. in der presse schrebt man über das hotel:" perfekter service, da dort die besten schüler der hotelschule tätig sind". diese information sollte lieber pragmatischer gestalltet werden: " im hotel sind schüler beschäftigt, liebe gäste, haben sie bitte verständnis"
