Fine place..treated very nicely....non intrusive staff....easy access to all amenities....we were traveling on a tour of remembrance to the Normandy Beaches.......lest we forget. we would certainly stay again

Too much loud the window cannot closed at well, when i stayed here in the night i heard the people in the hall from the 3rd floor.. room cleaning is poor but acceptable. the Hotel position is good near central station and 3 important coffeeshop

 "awful"
Not enough room to swing a cat, nowhere to hang your clothes. Myself and my husband stayed here for four nights this month and we will not stay here again. As a woman I found it quite intimidating going up and down to use the shared shower which was freezing. We were assured that we would only have to share with the other couple we came with which was not the case at all. I felt uneasy as this is a place for groups of lads which were very rowdy at times. Room also noisy from outside. Only plus is location but i wouldnt even class this as basic.

 "Toilets too small!!!!!"
The beds and the room cleaness are okay but the fact that they dont give you new towers and the toilet in the 4th floor is ridiculously small I couldnt even seat in. The reception is nice and the fact they keep your luggage is a plus!

 "Quentin Arrive Hotel"
The hotel was value for money, it was clean, staff were helpful and in walking distance to the square. The rooms were basic but clean and beds were comfy. The hotel stairs are extremely steep so probably wouldn't be suitable for anyone who has mobility difficulty. Overall the experience was a pleasant one and I would stay there again. The hotel served it's purpose in being a place to return and sleep after experiencing Amsterdam life!

 "My new years eve trip"
I was very pleased on my first encounter of the Quentin Arrive as it has rhe appearence of a higher class of Hotel and the reception staff were both friendly and helpful. But i wasn't at all happy with the price which was a lot higher than the original room rate i found on easytobook. It cost me over €80 per night for a 1 star tiny single room. I paid only €10 a night more to stay at a 4 star. But the location was great and i did like to be able to open my windows and people watch from above. The boys in the room next door did wakw me up about 4 am and the walls are thin but if this room were €60 a night i'd have no complaints. I like the Quentin Arrive and felt quite at home there. The TV worked fine too and its great having a sink in the rooms.

 "Rude reception"
We booked 3 rooms, total of 10 ppl. we all came from different places just to meet up for couple of day. The lounge area of the hotel was really nice however, the receptionist was acting very rude by putting the TV loud and making disturbing noises for us to move. Obviously we didn’t move as we wanted to be together.Anyways she was so rude with the guest of the hotel that doesn’t reflect her job.

 "review on the arrive hotel"
More like a hostel than a hotel, do not be mislead by the nice pictures they have on the internet!!!! Paid £130 for a double room with shared facilities. the room was a box, one of us had to stay in the bed for the other to move about and change. Taps in the bedrooms were so noisy you would hear the water running through the pipes!! TV was fuzzy and the remote didnt work. On arival we waiting in recepetion for at least 15 mins before anyone came to check us in. No help offered with bags. Would not stay here again.!!!!

 "Basic hotel in good location but....."
Basic hotel about 20 minute walk from Central station. The rooms were clean but the toilet had a foul smell. There's no lift so beware of the narrow stairs if you have heavy luggage. The hotel has many shops and restaurants nearby.
