Location was good. staff were kind.
I had to pay a 20 euro deposit for a remote control which is just ridiculous. and i have never stayed at a hotel where i have to pay for tea and coffee.

Nice entrance, excellent location (near museums, quieter area, good restaurants nearby. friendly staff.
Was slightly disconcerted to be directed to their 'cottage' to find it was a garden chalet. was very comfortable and quiet though, so no real complaints.

The economy room was a good deal for a single traveller if you want to really save cash but still have your own little room. also right next to vondelpark and close to leidesplein centrum where a lot is going on.
Economy rooms are in the basement and are hazardous for tall people. and it's not too close to the main center of town.

Staff were friendly and helpful. even gave cups of tea after returning late in pouring rain!
Would have liked our bathroom cleaned as we were there for 3 nights and had to ask for a change of towels. basin had hole in it but on being told, quickly rectified .

It was clean and the location was good, only minutes from leidseplein.
You had to pay in advance. only one towel was provided so there was nothing to stand on to dry your feet after a shower.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. location was good. room was adequate for our needs. they stored our bags until time for flight.
The sheets were not changed during our stay. we did not get towels unless we asked the reception staff. there were no tea making facilities in the room, we had to pay for drinks from reception. the breakfast was extra and for 7 euro breakfast was basically toast and cereal and drinks. we were informed on the website that facilities such as an iron were provided, we were unable to use this as it had been loaned to one room and not returned, so we weren't able to use it at all as there was no record of which room took it.

Pretty good location near a tram stop and close to restaurants and cafes.
I didn't like having to pay the whole fee up front in cash (5% surcharge for credit cards).
