 "Very nice place to stay"
Excellent staff. Very attentive and helpful. Good breakfast. Wifi faster than most other hotel experiences.
It's very close to the Anne Frank museum and start points of some cruises. Very walkable to the red light district.

 "Charming hotel and staff"
Got great deal on easytobook.com, almost half price of other sites including hotel website.
I booked a single room which was in the annex a few doors down from the main building. No big issue with that although it would have been nice to have the breakfast/bar in the same place.
I was greeted warmly by Julius upon reception and shown to my room by another nice young man. Staff was always pleasant an eager to assist.
My room was just as I expected being a single. A Sinterklaas bag of goodies was hanging on the room doors as it was December 5th-a letter left in the room with an explanation of the holiday. Fresh strawberries and chocolates were on the table. The bed was quite comfy. Bathroom modern. Free wifi. An ample breakfast buffet had hot and cold offerings. The terrific location, just 3 tram stops from Centraal Station was the added bonus. Will def stay again when in Amsterdam.
Website pictures are accurate. Such a quaint and charming hotel.

"Very good hotel. Good location, service impecable."
The best, the staff there. Hepful, but not intrusive. Location is quite close to the Ámsterdam center and close to tram stops. Rooms were quite good and the maintenance is excellent. Nothing to say against.

 "fabulous"
The Toren is in the ideal location; it is away from noise but just a few minutes walk away from the attractions. Breakfast was an ideal start to the day and the garden was very peaceful. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. If you ask for something at reception, it is in your room before you get back!!!! We will definitely be returning and would not consider staying anywhere else. Many thanks too all staff for their hospitality, Dave and Steph Brettle. (Wales)

 "Charming and Great Location"
Lovely Hotel. A bit pricey but the owners had left a letter in the room apologising for this as there were a number of medical congresses on in the city at the time. Reception staff very helpful. Recommended

"Gem in the heart of Amsterdam"
Spent a very pleasant weekend in Amsterdam at the Toren. Staff helped me find and reserve tables at the best eating places nearby. Everyone at this hotel is gracious, friendly and professional. Very much looking forward to future stays here.

 "Best hotel ever stayed in"
From the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiles and staff could not be more helpful speaking perfect English. The room was beautiful with a sumptuous large bath and steam shower (garden room). Perfect location very central and easy to find just head to Anne franks house and it is around the corner. We arrived from schipol by taxi but went back by train which was so easy and costs only 4.4 euros. The hotel may be slightly more than others but well worth it i would definitely stay again.

 "Simply Amazing!"
The staff were so polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was beautiful, set within the canal ring so nothing is too far away. Beautiful walks, bars , shops and restaurants all close by. A must stay when in Amsterdam.

 "City mini-break"
We stayed at The Toren for 3 nights in Feb.The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful and clean and the food and drinks were great too!We are 20-30 and really enjoyed what the hotel has to offer. It's in a great location, a short walk from the station and still quiet enough for a great nights sleep. Perfect, couldn't fault it!

 "Very good choice"
Unique elegant design hotel in a great central but still quiet location, very friendly staff and excellent service. I found fresh strawberries and a selection of chocolates in my room after being guided there by a staff member who also carried my bag for me. The room was small, as expected of a city hotel and the price category I paid for, but it still included a big comfortable bathtub, which was a huge plus! I also received a voucher for a free welcome drink at the hotel bar. The only downside for me was cereal/muesli + milk/yoghurt selection at the breakfast buffet and a too soft bed, but that's down to personal preferences.

 "Beautiful Hotel!"
We have just returned from a stay at The Toren and can't wait to go back! We have visited Amsterdam before but never stayed at this hotel and we were both thoroughly pleased particulary as it was booked as a surprise for my Partner's Birthday so I had high expectations. The staff were friendly and very attentive and I loved the chocolates and strawberries which were left in our room on arrival - a very nice touch! The hotel itself is just beautiful, the rooms were fairly small but the decor certainly made up for this and we paid extra for a canal view which was definitely worth it.

"Excellent hotel, shame about the price"
This was a fantastic hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately Easytobook's exchange rates were way off being correct which meant we had to pay 97 euros more than we had expected when we got to the hotel (this included the 5% tax they had mentioned).Great hotel- i'll never use this site again though.
