Excellent breakfast and kind staff!! front rooms with nice view of the canal... very "amsterdamish"
The staircase is quite steep and narrow so don't bring a big suitcase.Anonymous

Good locationRoom dead knats over the walls and ceiling where they had been killed. on the first morning, the reception was not open and nobody to make breakfast, which we had paid for.we would not recommend this hotel.Anonymous

Front of house staff were very good and understandingEverything ... misrepresentation of facilities, dirty, run down and loud. claimed safety deposit box, mini bar, tea and coffee maker not provided and apparently never have been. i will be claiming a refund from the hotel owners as there advertising breaches standards and i would never have paid 95euro for this room. i would also appreciate a reply from your website regarding this hotel as i would recommend you remove them from your listings entirely, as they are defrauding customers.Lyall
