We are close to all the major attractions of Amsterdam including the Dam Square, Central Station, coffee shops, Amsterdam's night life, the Flower Market, Madame Tussaud, various museums and much much more! Directions:
If you step out of the Central Station, follow the road in front of you called Damrak (this is the main street from Central Station). Once you're on the Damrak, take a first left walking towards "The Grasshopper". Take a second right and you're in the Warmoestreet. Here, on the left side, you'll see "The White Tulip Hostel" at number 87.

1) From SCHIPHOL AIRPORT: Every 20 minutes there is a train running from the Airport to Central Station. When you arrive at the airport and you reach the central hall there is a big sign with the train information. The trains to the Central station are running from 05:40 AM to 00:30 AM (go to step 2)
2) From CENTRAL STATION: Directions:

Only the hotel staff was good. other than that the hotel should bemong only to the category of hostels.Dirty and old room, noisy, it smelled like curry coz of the chinese restaurant next to it, no fire escape exit, too expensive for its kind, too thin blankets.Redmond

Great location, right next to everything. the room was pretty clean and the showers and toilets as well. the people i met there were really cool, we became friends and spent a lot of time together. this hostel is perfect if you want to have some fun in amsterdam.

Location,and price are excellentRoom and towels were not changed/cleaned however i expected this having read the reviews and brought a spare, the room and sheets were clean when i arrived, overall i was impressed, this place is not as bad as some of the reviews suggest. Anonymous

This is a cheap backpackers hostel in the centre of amsterdam, which is convenient for everything.
it's as scruffy as you'd expect - but a friendly place and a good place to meet up with other travellers if you're on a tight budget, and you don't mind sharing a dormitory.Not really - but i wasn't expecting much..Simpson
