It was my 7yr aniversary in netherlands. the hotel really made it amazing. we rented a vespa and enjoyed out day in amsterdam. had the amazing chef's tasting menu with wine choices. everyone was friendly and helpful. it was a night i won't forget.Chu

Because my sister pregnancy she had the sudden urge late in the evening for crisps. they did not have the standard ones but they used crisps in a dish in the restaurant. they brought it to our room free of charge.No it was excellentSheikh

Nice large room. free minibar, replenished each day. nice bed and pillows. nice view of the canal and city from 3rd or 4th floors.I had a completely inexcusable(they refunded) room service experience. i called after hours. they had nothing "left" from the late night menu but pizza. i ordered a pizza. they sent up an overcooked, frozen, and gross tasting pizza. i would expect more from any 4 or 5 star hotel. they should never send out food of this poor quality.
