Fairly easy to find, great location and good value for money. the room was clean and the manager was friendly.

It was pretty ok.I found it strange that they own four little hotel in the same headquarters, so that i booked a room at the townhouse but had to check-in 100 mts away, and finally i was accomodated in another place, which in fact was not the townhouse hotel. but i was too tired and far away from brazil so i didn't duscuss it.Anonymous

Generally, the hotel is very small and has dirty/smelly carpet. hot shower and hair dryer in the room were broken. no repair/replacement throughout my 5 days stay in that hotel. not recommended. Anthony Chart

Great location, tram just around the corner.
very helpful reception staff.
smooth check-in, convenient check-out.- lock on front door was difficult to open
- coffee/tea making didn't have milk, wasn't re-stocked before our arrival.
- shared toilet was dirty & lock jammed on two occasions.
- our shower (which cost extra) didn't drain well and you had to hold the nozzle in your hand at all times.
- heating was unbearably hot upon arrival, took hours to cool down (as the windows don't open).
- walls were very thin, we could hear everyone (particularly some other visitors' drunken singing & staggering up the steep stairs throughout the night).wayne wilson Tooker

The receptionist fatema was excellent. helpful and joyful. a breath of fresh air. everything was fine (location was fun and very interesting). hotel was clean and in good order,i even enjoyed the steep stairs (because i was able to navigate them. thank youMr Sidney Whitney
