It was very cosy and had a very nice, positive feel to it, plus the recptionist was very helpful and approachable

Easy to reach by tram. a simple room with all basic amenities (and a little more) for someone like me who prefers to keep things simple and values independence.On two of the three nights there was much noise from an adjacent house lasting from about 2300 to 0500 hours.Anonymous

Staff very friendly, and helpful, even though i turned up after the supposed 11pm close of reception - they still let me check in! they also upgraded me from a single room to the twin roomTwin room was tiny... barely two feet between the beds, which were squashed up against the walls. i'd wouldnt stay here with a friend, but it was just about ok as i was staying aloneAnonymous

Great view over the canal. room cleaned everyday. shared shower but that was fine as the shower was great. all in all a great hotel would reccomend to students or people goin on the cheap who dont wanna stay in a hostelFORD

It was pretty ok.I found it strange that they own four little hotel in the same headquarters, so that i booked a room at the townhouse but had to check-in 100 mts away, and finally i was accomodated in another place, which in fact was not the townhouse hotel. but i was too tired and far away from brazil so i didn't duscuss it.Anonymous
