The room was very clean and nice
Yes, i was not given the envelope with the map and other info which was promised with the reservation. this was rathar disappointing. in addition tv service was against payment, the first time i experienced it

Great location, room small, but nice beds, good choice
Can not drive directly in front of hotel, the taxi driver let us off at the curb and we had to roll our luggage on a short cobblestone street to the hotel, upon leaving the taxi driver came in and helped us, first driver lazy maybe

Hotel was fantastic, excellent location. modern rooms with tea and coffee making facilities which is rare in europe. beds were really comfortable with soft sheets and duvet.

Great breakfast!
We did have a cracked toliet seat in our bathroom which we mentioned when we first got there and it was never fixed.

I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel although it was a bit short. staff was very friendly and caring, and the room was quite okay.

The hotel had just undergone a complete refurbishment and was therefore very fresh and clean. the breakfast had a good selection of food on offer and the staff were excellent.
The room was rather small and with us having three occupants in it when the third pull down bed was used it was it was quite difficult to manouvre around the beds to get in or out of room.

Great location staff very friendly.
Our room was clean on arrival but felt it wasn't serviced very good after that, bathroom always clean but beds not made & no dusting done minor irration did not spoil our holiday.

The breakfast was good. the reception was a nice welcome.
During our stay here there was work going on, they were gutting the hotel and we were put into a a suite. after asking where the stairs were to our room we were told we had to get the lift. i don't go in lifts as i am afraid of them so politly asked for the stairs. the receptionist was not keen at all in us walking through the work but eventually came round. i did not care about the work going on and just wanted to get to our room. this was a major inconvienience as we had to walk through lots of floors and round all corners because of this work. yes, i could have got the lift, but they should have not been advertising roo,ms if they were doing/gutting out the other rooms.
