The rooms are cheap but can't say good things about service. There was no phone in my room which is unbelievable in this age and time. But the wifi is free in the hotel.

The room was very basic, the beds where very comfortable. It would have been nice if there were plastic glasses made available to drink water. The chairs are worn badly, the shower curtain needed replaced and lots of mold in the base of the shower.The staff were helpful with directions on how to get to the center of town.I would stay again, but would have to bring glasses to drink with, hand lotion and shower shoes.

The Hotel located in a quite area, however it's a long travel to get back to the central (tram 17).Good, spaces room. What I missed is a cosy feeling, there was nothing extra added to the room. Like glasses, tray or toiletries for the bathroom. It seamed very empty without them. We booked without breakfast and those little thouches would had make our stay more comfortable.Be aware of extra charge of city tax, which is not included in room prices!

Paid only 65euros for 3 nights, such a great deal! The room was extremely nice, large bed, clean, and good bathroom. Good amenities if you want to use them - gym and solarium. And they have a bar and restaurant that aren't too expensive if you do not want to eat elsewhere. It is a little far from city center, about 30 min away on a tram, so at least that is easy, and then a 10 min walk from the stop to the hotel. In a turkish neighborhood by the river. Used to be called Tulip Inn, and now it is Remco.

Overall this is a good Hotel located about 20 mins from the centre. The Tram stop is about 10 min walk with trams running until midnight and then theres a late bus.Free Parking outside Hotel however it is a public parking so no places are guranteed but its much better than paying for the parking in the centre (4e for 40 mins).The Hotel is clean and the rooms are alot better than the actual look of the hotel from outside. Well worth the price and much quiter than being in the centre but it is a 20 min tram to the centre.

Pros: The hotel is an incredible deal. you get a lot for a little here. you are on the outskirts of amsterdam, but well connected by public transportation. the hotel is clean and i had no issues here at all. don't come and expect a 5 star hotel, you will be disappointed. but if you want a lot of bang for your buck this is the only place to stay in amsterdam. you won't find any better for the price.

Pros: The room was clean, free wifi was available,the reception desk is 24 hrs,there is vending machine if needed. the hotel is in a very quiet and peaceful area, you can find supermarket and shops nearby just like 5 mnts walking
Cons: The hotel location was hard to find in the beginning,it is quite far from the city centre area though it is near the bus stop but apparently need to wait a little longer for the bus to come. the amenities in the room were poor, they need to replace the water heater in our room since it was very rusty and dirty inside so we couldn't use it

Cons: The room was too cold. 1 window didnt close properly.
the sink in the shower was congested. front desk at the hotel was left unattended in the middle of the night for about 10min. which kept me outside waiting in the cold.

Pros: Good value for the price
Cons: No water cooker in the room, we went to ask at the reception, the receptionist checked and said all 5 had been lent out. (such a big hotel with just 5!!) and the second time we went, the receptionist just said they don't have any.. didn't bother to check for us.

Pros: Very clean, excellent room, quiet and excellent value for money. turn left when coming out of hotel on to main road and 5 mins down road excellent cafe at reasonable prices (chinese run).shops near the tram stop are abundant and much cheaper than the centre of amsterdam.
Cons: When tired it's a bit of a pain to walk from the tram to hotel!

Pros: It's in a nice residential area, away from the hustle & bustle - very nice
Cons: The majority of the hotel staff were curt. the room could have been cleaner & in greater repair & no kettle in the room for even a cup of hot water & no room service for a cup of tea in the morning (first hotel i ever stayed in that didn't have at least a kettle) & when staff queried about it they were slightly sarcastic in their response.
