The reception's multilingual staff can provide guests with tickets for excursions and offer any assistance or recommendations in booking an attraction or restaurant. Also, several drinks, snacks, postcards, and stamps can be bought at the receptionist desk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In the morning you can enjoy a nice breakfast in the shiny Vivaldi breakfast salon from 7.00 a.m. until 10.00 a.m. The breakfast includes several types of bread, pastries, jam, cheese, cold cuts, eggs, fruit juices, cereals, coffee, tea, milk, chocolate and more. During breakfast, news broadcasts are shown on flat screen TV’s.

At the corner, guests can find themselves at the Heineken Brewery where they can experience the brewing process as well as enjoy a complimentary gift and drinks. Should a museum, be of interest, it will only be a 5-minute walk to the Amsterdam Rijksmuseum or the Van Gogh museum. In 5 minutes walking distance across the street you can find yourself in the middle of the exciting nightlife at Leidse Square which stands guaranteed for entertainment, dining, shopping, cinemas, nightclubs and Europe's greatest casino. Also the historic city centre and its canals are situated in the hotel's surroundings.
The area has many exotic restaurants including; authentic Mediterranean, Eastern and Japanese restaurants, to name a few, as well as typical Amsterdam pubs and coffee shops located on almost every corner. Around the corner you can find the Amsterdam Albert Cuyp market which sells everything from furniture, to Dutch food delicacies, to clothing and many more.
How to reach the hotel?1) From Schiphol Airport: Every 20 minutes there is a train running from the airport to Amsterdam Central Station. When you arrive at the airport and you reach the central hall there is a big sign with the train information. The trains to the central station are running from 05:40 AM to 00:30 AM. The costs are approximately EUR 3,00 per person (single fare) and the travelling time is approximately 20 minutes (go to step 2).
2) From Amsterdam Central Station: You can take tram n. 16, 24 or 25 from the square in front of the station to stop 'Weteringschans' and cross the bridge. Then go to the right and you will find the hotel on your left hand side. The trams in Amsterdam are normally running from 07:00 AM to 01:00 AM.
