Cons: Staff need to be more clear and speak better english! and we should be told there is a key deposit before hand!
Cons: We nearly got put in the wrong room and it needed cleaning when we got there. the very friendly guy sorted it out quickly so not a real problem.
Cons: Were not told about the full rules of staying at apartment on arrival and the walls are thin could hear people next door.
Cons: We were only given 1 key between 10 (not ideal). they tried to charge us a deposit in cash which we refused to pay. there is no tv in the lounge.
Cons: For the price the room was not what i expected,and the office we were directed to was closed and then had to wait ten minutes before a man came and took us to a different office and then onto our appartment-could have been better organized
Cons: The negative thing was the room you advertised was completley wrong. i booked and payed for a apartment and got a studio. also the price qouted was 220 euros, i had to pay an extra 20 euros for tax once there. this has left me with serious doubts as to wether i will book again with you because what i booked for and payed for wasn't what i got, although it was the same address, it wasn't just a diffrerent room, it was a different class of room! from an apartment to a studio. not good, you lot didn't give me what i payed for. bollocks.
Cons: The website gave a false impression off what the room would be like. was one room only with kitchen and fairly small. no dvd player as advertised on website. kitchen was not able to be used. no microwave. no toaster.
