Lovely location,clean tidy hotel and helpful reception staff. balconies were an added bonus for smoking guests.
Service in hotel restaurant was poor...it took 45 minutes for our order to be taken and then another 40 minutes to get our food!!! we did not go to hotel restaurant again! staff in this part of hotel were not as friednly and helpful as reception staff. also website describe the hotel as having "spa" facilities including turkish baths, steam room, pool and sauna. on arrival we found out it had a gym and a sauna which were at an additional cost and only a non-heated pool for hotel guests to use for free. we chose hotel on basis of it having spa facilities as described...we were very dissapointed on this front.
