Really nice clean hotel. However, the receptionist was not very friendly when we arrived. I also would prefer a double bed rather than two single bed in the room.It's not far from Amesterdam center (20min).

I have arrived around 10:30, the staff was so unfriendly. I have found that she has got a half hour to come back home. Next morning I found that staffs in the reception have to serve a breakfast in the restaurant, so they look very busy. When I was checking out, another staff asked me extra payment for the breakfast. I was so upset because I paid it already when I cheked in. The distance from central station was too far, so it took me around 40 minute bus journey to get there.

A decent hotel for few days of vacation in Amsterdam. Located quite far from Amsterdam Center is has, however, very good connections to the Amsterdam Central Station. Rich breakfast, quiet but small rooms and pretty dark. Helpful personnel, polite and well trained.
