Good welcome at reception, good breakfast served the next morning, free internet, and the welcome storage of baggage after check out were all appreciated. plus they had informaiton about the city located in the lobby, including maps for the next day, as well as information about the immediate area, which was helpful for immediate exploration (and to get that dinner meal at a reasonable price after just having arrived)
