Constructed between 1989 and 1992, these two towers cost almost $130,000,000 US by the time they were finished. The state of the art construction due to the railway station runs underneath is considered to be groundbreaking, since the train's vibrations could potentially have caused significant structural problems without new technology. The two towers are not equal in height; the tallest is 41 floors and 151 meters, and the shorter is 25 floors or 93 meters in height. The total floor area in the building is 106,000 square meters, with most owned by the company Nationale Nederlanden.
