Breakfastbuffet is very good. The size of the singleroom was enough. Opening of the window during the night was not possible because it was to noisy. The air condition for cooling purposies made that noise. The hotel is in the center of the city and is near of an metro station, so it is easy to go to an other place in Rotterdam.

Pros: Really good value for money. very well located: 5 minutes from the train station, right in the centre of rotterdam! staff was very friendly and helpful. breakfast included.
Cons: The shower was a bit dirty.

Pros: Very helpful and friendly staff, good buffet breakfast, good location.
Cons: Floors were pretty dirty in room and bathroom, radiator hanging off the wall. i think there are newer and older rooms which are reflected in the prices.

Pros: Good location from the central rail station, close to metro station and famous shopping area and restaurant

Cons: When we arrived we couldn't open the room with the electronic key, and after i went 2 times to ask for help, the receptionist gave me a normal kye.it was ok untill a couple entered in our room at 6am,waking us and scaring my girlfriend to deth.they said they have paid for the room and got the key from the reception.!!!!!??????
the room was clean but the bathroom was so small so if you sit on the toilet boul you have to be with an open door !!!???
there is no ventilation, so you have to keep the window open,but then mosquitos are flying in and biting you.but if it was only that-fine. we hade some bites that don't seem to be from mosquitos.there are some other insects in the room!!!bed-bugs?...after all this i am not surprised that thay want you to pay for your stay in advance

Pros: The hotel got a lot of bad press in the past however a hotel is only as good as its management and now under new management the hotel is making a big effort towards being reputable. great staff, very helpful, great position.
Cons: Just got to be aware that on fridays and saturdays there is a club/disco over the road which can be really noisy if you have a room on the front. its out of the hands of the hotel to control the sound of the club so just ask to change rooms to the back for those 2 nights or go to the club and enjoy the music... you wont have far to stagger back to the hotel!
