Erasmus University Rotterdam

Erasmus University Rotterdam was originally started in 1913, as the Netherlands School of Business. Over the next 70 years, increasing demand for different academic programs resulted in several changes leading to the official opening of the modern Erasmus University Rotterdam in 1973. Currently the university provides educational opportunities for just under 20,000 students and produces approximately 2600 graduating students per year. There is also a graduate program, as well as PhD programs available through the university. Currently there are three different schools within the facility including a School of Law, Culture and Society, the School of Medicine and Health and the School of Economics and Management.
