Cons: My hotel room was next to the last stop of trams, not to the seaside like i extra asked. early morning noise was awful. 174 eur i payed for noise and even breakfast was not included. then i had to pay extra for car parking also. we were ingnored in the hotel lobby bar, maybe it is common in holland hotels. i am sad to say that really bad experience, as far i travel a lot and i stay in lot hotels, this price was not fair at all. hotel looked old inside, even they advertise as a new hotel. hotel room was very small, not at all big like on the pictures.
