 "Mozaic is no Puzzle"
From the moment you set foot over the doorstep, you know that hopitality, friendlyness and service w'll be your share. Kind and skillfull receptionists, a great variation of breakfast items and very well decorated comfortable rooms. So, no puzzles about complaints.

Pros: The staff made it their goal to ensure my happiness. they went out of the way to help me and my partner to organise my onward travel.the breakfast was great. thank you d! i felt like i was a guest in a friends home. thank you mozaic
Cons: There was only one negative. the toilet area in room 21 is very small and it is an experience i didn't enjoy.
