City Center Utrecht

With the ancient history of Utrecht, there are many great museums showcasing the origins of the city, such as the Centraal Museum, the Nederlands Spoorwegmuseum, and the Utrecht Universitiet. The 13th century Domchurch is a splendid example of area architecture while the Rietveld Schröder House is open for tours which showcase early 20th century art style. The cloister garden next to the church is a quiet, lovely place to while away the hours in the central part of town and view the Oudegracht canal which runs through Utrecht.
