Cancellation Policy:
Reservations Beekman Tower have to be cancelled 96 hours before Arrival Date Please take into account that the Arrival Date starts at 0.00 am (CET.).Cancellations must be received minimum of 4 days prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation fee. For cancellations after the stated cancellation time and no-shows a cancellation fee equal to one night room plus taxes will be charged. New York State Tax of 14,75% and New York Occupancy Tax of 3,50 USD per night (7,50 USD for a suite) is not included in the room rates. Type of bed (King or Queen etc.) can´t be confirmed prior to arrival. It is based on availability!

The location is fantastic! the top of the tower bar has a beautiful view and friendly staff. the rooms are very spacious for ny.
Maintenance wasn't as fast as one might hope. it is an older hotel, so the mattresses and linens weren't as nice as some.Anonymous

Staff was nice. great view from top tower. First room we had was very old, worn and dirty. asked to be moved after we spotted a rodent. room we moved to was better but furnishings were of very poor quality and very old and worn. sofa had a cheap slip cover on it to hide the soiled upholstry underneath.Schroder

The hotel was fine, furnishings need updating, but okay. given we choose the hotel because it had a kitchen we were very surprised to find it had no saucepans. it had one frying pan, no keetle and we managed to get a saucepan. no microwave suitable containers. Anonymous

Overall the beekman tower is located in an excellent area of nyc. ease of access to everything . . . located near the un building - extremely safe atmosphere. hotel staff friendly and accommodating. rooms clean . . . views superb. great kitchenette for our family to enable cooking for children. great supermarkets close by. restaurant in hotel great also. decor fitting with the era of the building. we enjoyed our stayAnonymous

Generally, it is good, but they claim they are 4 star hotel, in my opinion they are not up to that standard at least for the room we stay. in addition, the telephone price is unreasonablly expensive.I made a 20 minutes call to another state in america, the fee is $42.00, i think it is too high. if they want to charge this high, they should mention this clearly on the phone, so people will not feel being trappedCooney
