The morning manager was wonderful, so helpful and sweet. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, though there was an odd smell when we entered. the continental breakfast is nothing extraordinary, but it does the job and tea and coffee are available 24 hours. location is great if you want to be close to the airport. but if you want to get into the city, give yourself 2 hours! between the shuttle to the train station and the subway, it takes a long time.
Night clerk was a bit crabby and unprofessional, but most night clerks are, right? room smelled odd.
