Small kitchen, poor kitchen staff service, they take the bread and milk away rudely on the minute, bad bed, poor location, unsafe feeling outside of hotel. dont count on the view.Anonymous

The staff on reception were on the whole friendly although could have been friendlier and more helpful, the intial cost of the room, was relatively cheap, untill "all" the taxes were added on afterwards.the free comp breakfast was great although a little compact in the breakfast room, but hey it was free, decent cutlery would be good though. room was excellent with air conditioning that you could control, great location in terms of distance to the subway, the location of the hotel was not that desirable, however we only slept there , took the sub to town and cab back at approx $12, depending on the cab driver !!A few things, the hotel was looking a little grubby, carpet really did need a vacuum, the same fluff was there for two days. the towels in our rooms were all frayed and ripped, and the sprinkler head was hanging down n the bathroom, i can see this hotel being okay for a couple of years then if the maintanence doesn't improve, it will be a hostel. they state you have a room safe, which is correct but it's portable !! it was not fixed to the floor as you would expect. as mentioned above the location was a little scary, and with a young child we did feel vulnerable, we ended up in cabs and all the cab drivers in the eve, were moody, one got lost on purpose to inflate the fare, he lost out though as no tip.Anonymous

Easy access to subway - only 5 min walk. hotel staff at the reseption was very helpful and polite. small store near the hotel.The traffic noise was quite audible to the room - room was directed to the 21st street. too small breakfast room - every day same serving on continental breakfast.Anonymous

Hotel room was clean. helpful staff in the reception. only a couple of minutes to the subway and f-train to manhattan.Not very ecological to use plastic plates, mugs and cutlery in the breakfasts. the wasteload was horrible. they should do something about it. the breakfast room was untidy.

The location was great, not far from the subway station. rooms very clean and bed was very comfortable.I really enjoyed the fact that a continental breakfast was provided, however, the room that it was located in was way too small. you could never get a table.Anonymous

Hotel is almost brand new so everything is clean. excellent location in queens near subway entries.Elevators are sssslllllooooowwwwwwww. breakfast bar too small, and too crowded for a hotel of this size. felt like a cow in a crowded feedlot. eventually gave up eating breakfast. Anonymous

Close to all the sights although the area was not the best in new york. Had a broken toilet in our room for the whole of our stay and it was never fixed. when we complained this was not resolved in a satisfactory manner. the other room that we had booked was fine. Trejo

The hotel is so nice and the staff always give a handle, the subway or metro is from one block and works 24 hours, i think the price is so good, the location is great because is not noisy, if you request a room with view to manhattan is a great experience, i would return to this hotel!!!! congrats... because the hotel is new!!!I do not have any negative experience in this hotelAnonymous
