Staff was curteous, informed & helpful, which is especially good for anyone visiting for nyc for the first time. many opportunities to meet new people from other parts of world, as there are two common areas with comfortable furniture, a place to eat & movies shown every night (& during the day) in the lounges. it is on a regular bus room; near luggage store, newpaper shop, breakfast nooks, bars, some nightlife, (convenient to greater nitelife by train or bus).
My trip & stay went well; i accomplished what i set out to do.Anonymous
