Room was nice and clean and a good size.
The breakfast area turned out to be a converted bedroom on the 4th floor and there was no other common area such as a lounge to use.Anonymous

Hotel staff were very helpful. room was spacious.In the immediate vicinity of the hotel are lots of shops selling fake perfume and cheap jewellery. men hang around outside the shops trying to get people to go in, which concerned us as 3 women. although this hotel is on broadway it is quite a distance away from what i would call the tourist areas. the breakfast room is very small, 4 tables with 3 seats each, so in a hotel with 70 rooms this can get crowded.Anonymous

When we arrived the staff and check in were very fast, the room was very clean and we had a fantastic view of the empire state building,the bed was large and very comfortable, bathroom was spotless with a great power shower and the room itself was large considering it was nyc, breakfast in the morning is basic but sets you up for the day, the location was fantastic, flatiron, chelsea, empire state, macy's, time square, msg and 5th avenue were all within a 10 minute walk at most, the conceirge were all great guys extremely friendly and always great help, we loved nyc and will return with a definate stay at the broadway plaza hotelToward the end of our stay 3 women booked in next door from 5am in the morning they were banging doors so loudly our wall was shaking, they would stand outside the door talking at the top of their voices, they pushed and shoved at breakfast, snapped & grabbed like food was going out of fashion but this was not the hotel's fault, there is just some people who should not be let out of their house, manners cost nothing.Moore

Doorman was knowledgable.There are only two lifts one large, on small. the smallt one only goes to floor 7. the larger one goes to all the floors but is also the one the maid's use with their carts so it takes forever to get up or down. very bad. Birtwell
