The room was lovely. huge shower cubicle! the bed was very comfortable. chocolates on the pillows at night (nice touch!). lots of space for a new york hotel. very friendly staff. thoroughly enjoyable stay!
Towel rails are needed in the bathroom. there was nowhere to hang towels. also, the sink plug didn't work in any of the three rooms we had. you had to screw it down manually. by the time you washed your face and were ready for rinsing, the sink was empty, so you had to fumble around to get it refilled. The location, so close to grand central station was great. in room wireless was free and the breakfasts were great.The rooms are very small, but, it is ny city. Anonymous

Friendley staff, good breakfast, excellent location, good bedsAt first we got 2 rooms without a view, blind windows and a lot of noise because of the general airco outside, but when we asked for other rooms we got them, problem solved.Nazareth
